The OCR text file is automatically utilized as an index to search EOB's.  The documents are stored in a searchable database, at client’s site or on our secured web site. 

Client can search the EOB's or patient charts by the patient name, claim number, date range or any word or phrase in the EOB or patient chart through the EOB Tracker program.   When viewing a scanned page, the patient name, claim number or other search words are automatically highlighted on the EOB for immediate recognition
